STANDING BY THE SEA

Electronix left aside
I stand by the sea
And feel the breeze
With thoughts
Of what was
And can still be
Do you remember?
Before the fall
And the blue shark from Gettysburg
You’ve moved on
And left me behind
But the memories
The sweet memories linger
A new home now
And an African wife
People living easy
And getting by
The culture shifts
And the day comes to an end
But the beginning of tomorrow
Renews an old friend

WONDERFUL PLACE

Broad smiles
And ideas
Always ideas
And paintings

Colours swirling
And photographs
Of hair and eyes
To see you

A digital storm
Fotos in the backyard
Of the car and wood
And dreams

Odd shapes
And baldheads
And fancy birds
A colourful sort

A small cottage in $$$
Where the fire and the beer are warm
I’ll take you with me
To that wonderful place
SMOLDERING EMBERS

Smoldering embers
As I promised you
The smoke is rising
And I am content
To see what you can do

A beautiful song
Writ large upon the sky
To the see the sun shine
In a digital world of smiles

An idea
Brought to an image
And a nation
Holding position among the stars

I have something to tell you
About $$$
I know that you can help me
That’s how $$$ would want it to be
